As Chapter Chair of the APMP Chesapeake Chapter, Nazirah Muhammad provides strategic leadership for the chapter and is committed to building an engaging, inclusive community for proposal professionals. She is a marketing, proposal, and project management professional with more than a decade of experience spanning the energy, environmental consulting, accounting, and healthcare staffing industries. A Baltimore native and graduate of the APMP Leadership Academy (Cohort 3), Nazirah is passionate about professional development, diversity and inclusion, and strengthening the proposal profession. She also has experience in nonprofit grant writing and grant consulting.

Martha Swift serves as Vice Chapter Chair of the APMP Chesapeake Chapter after previously serving as Chapter Chair. She is the Senior Manager of the Capture Advancement Team at Collins Aerospace, leading a team of capture professionals, proposal specialists, and a graphic designer in support of the Connected Aviation Solutions Capture Center. With more than 25 years of proposal and capture management experience, Martha is an APMP-certified Proposal Manager who is passionate about mentoring proposal professionals, strengthening the chapter, and promoting excellence across the proposal and capture profession.

Brenda Crist serves as Program Chair for the APMP Chesapeake Chapter. She is a Vice President at Lohfeld Consulting with more than 25 years of experience leading capture and proposal efforts across the federal marketplace. An APMP Fellow, APMP Professional-certified practitioner, APMP Certification Instructor, and co-author of five industry books, Brenda is passionate about mentoring proposal professionals, advancing industry best practices, and helping organizations develop winning proposals.

Dennis Wagner serves as Marketing & Communications Chair for the APMP Chesapeake Chapter. He is the Corporate Capture and Proposal Coordinator for Analytic Services Inc. (ANSER), where he leads capture planning and proposal development efforts in support of strategic business opportunities. With more than 15 years of proposal and capture management experience, Dennis is passionate about promoting the proposal profession, sharing industry best practices, and helping teams develop compelling, winning solutions.

Melissa Shoemaker serves as Vice Chair of Programming & Events for the APMP Chesapeake Chapter. She is Vice President of Proposal Operations at Compass Government Solutions, bringing more than 13 years of experience in federal government contracting, capture, and proposal management. APMP Foundation Certified and trained in Shipley capture and proposal methodologies, Melissa is passionate about advancing the proposal profession through mentorship, professional development, and the sharing of proposal best practices that help organizations build high-performing teams and successful pursuits.

Sherri Harim serves as Vice Chair of Programs, Special Events & Member Recognition for the APMP Chesapeake Chapter. She is Vice President of Proposal Operations at SMX, where she leads a team of Proposal Managers, Proposal Coordinators, Knowledge Managers, and a Solutions Architect. With more than 30 years of proposal management experience, Sherri is APMP Foundation Certified and a graduate of the APMP Leadership Academy Charter Cohort. She is passionate about mentoring proposal professionals, fostering member engagement, and advancing proposal operations through continuous process improvement and best practices.

Diana Chambers serves as Vice Chair of Membership for the APMP Chesapeake Chapter, where she has supported chapter membership initiatives since 2020. Professionally, she is a Proposal Manager at Global Science & Technology, Inc. (GST) and brings more than 16 years of proposal management experience supporting business development and strategic pursuits. Diana is committed to creating an engaging member experience and advancing the proposal profession through collaboration, networking, and professional development.

Olta Tato serves as Treasurer for the APMP Chesapeake Chapter. As an independent Business Development Consultant, she brings more than 15 years of experience developing growth strategies, building client relationships, and supporting organizational success. Known for her collaborative leadership and strategic approach, Olta is passionate about strengthening the APMP Chesapeake community while ensuring sound financial stewardship and supporting the chapter's continued growth.

Monika "Mo" Crannell serves as Mentoring Chair for the APMP Chesapeake Chapter. She is Director of Proposals for Yulista Holding, LLC and brings more than 20 years of experience leading proposal efforts within the defense industry. An APMP Professional-certified practitioner and member since 2014, Mo is dedicated to mentoring proposal professionals, developing high-performing teams, and sharing best practices that strengthen the proposal profession.

Danielle "Danni" Selinger serves as Secretary for the APMP Chesapeake Chapter. She is a Senior Proposal Manager at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) with more than 17 years of experience leading compliant proposal efforts for U.S. Government programs, including national security and defense initiatives. Based in Baltimore, Maryland, Danni is an APMP Foundation-certified practitioner, published writer, and former reporter who combines strong communication skills with proposal expertise to help teams deliver compelling, high-quality proposals while advancing the proposal profession.
